I’m Eleanor – a creative with over 25 years of doing things differently.

I’ve spent the last two and a half decades at the intersection of design, storytelling, audience engagement and immersive experience – working across charity, commercial, and cultural sectors. Whether I’m building a design studio inside a prison or crafting luxury campaigns, my approach stays the same: bold ideas, beautifully delivered, with real emotional impact.

What I've done:

• Started out in-house at organisations like Shelter and The Howard League, where I didn’t just do the design work – I shook things up. At the Howard League, I literally set up a design studio inside a prison. (Yes, really.)​​

​

• Freelanced as a creative for many of the UK’s most respected charities. I understand audiences, purpose, and how to make people feel something – and act on it.​​

​

• Creative consultant for Eden Stanley for ten years (edenstanley.co.uk), working on strategy-led design and engagement projects that bring research and creativity together.​

​

• Founder and director of Moxie Creative. We work with charities, cultural institutions and commercial brands to create standout campaigns, visuals and experiences. Moxie is small but mighty – and known for punching above its weight.​​

​

• Worked on luxury and lifestyle campaigns – with a sharp eye for design, brand and audience, whether it’s fashion, hospitality or high-end products.​​

​

• Done serious work in health and wellbeing, contributing to campaigns that need sensitivity, clarity and real human connection.​​

​

• Run some of the UK’s most admired immersive events – rich, emotionally powerful experiences that bring entire communities together. I design the worlds, the narratives, and the visual languages that make them unforgettable as well as handling the challenges of production.
